Much like (what we can only hope to be thousands) of other Torontonians, Team iMark met bright and early yesterday morning at Sunnybrook park here in Toronto. We filled up on free Starbucks and mini muffins before heading on out on our walk to end MS. Fully embracing the MS slogan “Every Step Matters”, we walked the full 10 km’s (and then some) instead of our earlier agreed upon 5 km option. Our spontaneous decision – made at the point where the 5 km walkers split off from the 10 km walkers – turned out to be a good one because the weather only got nicer and the scenery became even more green.
