I am sure by now most of you have heard or read about the Tennessee woman, Shannon Jackson, who was recently arrested for poking someone on Facebook. The woman, Dana Hannah, had recently issued a restraining order against Jackson. As part of that restraining order, Jackson was not allowed to communicate with the Hannah through any medium. For some reason Jackson did not consider Facebook a communication tool and went ahead and “poked” Hannah.
Jackson faces a $2500 fine and jail time in the amount of 29 days, if convicted.
