I know that Facebook can be kind of addicting, but if you are in the middle of robbing a house, checking your Facebook page should be the last thing on your mind. Apparently, for one thief, it wasn’t. The thief burgled some diamond rings, checked their facebook page, and forgot to log off. From the article:
The victim later noticed that the intruder also used her computer to check his Facebook status, and his account was still open when she checked the computer.
The victim later noticed that she was missing two diamond rings from her dresser in the same room as her computer.
The two rings were worth more than $3,500, reports indicate.
This might just be considered a more stupid misuse of Facebook than those people who manage to fired by it. Maybe.
